REPORT FOR THE 2007 REGULAR SESSION)
During Week Seventeen of the 2007 Legislative
Session, the majority of the Legislative actions involved hearings on Senate
Joint Resolutions, House Joint Resolutions, Conference Committee Hearings, Free
Conference Committee Hearings and Senate and House of Representatives floor
actions. There were no legislative activities that I participated in during
this week.
Since legislation was not enacted to address the
State Budget, Tax Relief and School Funding, a Special Session will need to be
called by the Governor. As of this time,
Governor Schweitzer has not determined the date of the Special Session.
