2009 LEGISLATIVE SESSION

WEEK EIGHT

(February 22, 2009 – February 28, 2009)

During Week Eight of the 2009 Legislative Session, no bills that impacted the Richland Economic Development Corporation were heard by the various Committees. The Montana House of Representatives recessed for the Transmittal break on Wednesday, February 25; and, the Montana Senate recessed for the Transmittal break on Friday, February 27. Any non-revenue bills that were not passed out of either the Senate or the House by the Transmittal deadline are considered to be dead for the remainder of the 2009

Both the House and the Senate will reconvene on Monday afternoon, March 2, 2009.
